Overview

NZ Dance Apparel is a New Zealand sole-trader business specialising in new and pre-loved dance costumes and apparel. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Product Descriptions

We take care to describe and photograph all items accurately. Pre-loved items will show signs of previous wear where stated. Please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Orders & Payment

Orders are processed once payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to cancel any order if an item is unavailable or incorrectly listed.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship New Zealand-wide.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once an item has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident purchasing from NZ Dance Apparel.

Change of Mind
Due to the nature of dance costumes and hygiene considerations, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

Faulty Items
If an item is faulty or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Pre-Loved Items
Pre-loved items are sold as described. Any wear or imperfections will be clearly noted in the product listing. All New Zealand Dance Apparel costumes are cleaned to a high standard however as the pre-loved items have usually been worn with makeup, some items can have foundation or lipstick stains which have been unable to be removed. If you are unhappy with the cleanliness of your item I will consider a full refund upon return of the item within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
